  • Onboarding – You’ll complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire so we can gather all the information we need to deliver your services. You can also book an optional 20-minute onboarding call if you’d like extra guidance.
  • Setup – If your package includes social media, SEO, or other digital campaigns, we’ll request access to the necessary platforms so we can get everything running smoothly.
  • Delivery Timeline – Based on your package, you’ll receive your first deliverables within the agreed project timeframe (often within 10 business days for standard monthly services).
  • Review & Approval – You’ll have the opportunity to review all work, request changes, and approve it before anything goes live.
  • Ongoing Support – For packages valued at $149 or more, you’ll have the option to schedule a monthly 20-minute review call with our strategist to keep your campaigns on track.
At FJ Design Brand Solutions, our goal is to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the work we deliver — whether it’s a website, social media content, branding, or any of our other services. If the initial work isn’t quite what you envisioned, we’ll work closely with you to refine it based on your feedback. We include up to 3 rounds of revisions in the first month of your project (as long as it’s within the original scope). For ongoing monthly services, we provide 1 round of revisions to ensure we maintain quality while keeping things on schedule. Just share your thoughts, and we’ll keep perfecting the work until you love it.
No. All of our services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our work and the manual effort involved in creating custom digital solutions. You can review our full Refund Policy here. While we always strive for your satisfaction, this is not a “pay only if you like it” service. You are paying for creative deliverables based on your brief, feedback, and agreed revisions. We do not guarantee specific results, such as marketing growth, engagement, or conversions — but we will gladly implement any revisions within the original scope of your project to improve the outcome. Your payment covers the creation of your content or deliverables. Any additional posting, publishing, or distribution services we offer are complimentary. We offer both one-time payment packages and monthly subscription plans, depending on the services you choose. One-Time Payment Packages – You pay once upfront for a specific project or service package, with no recurring charges. Monthly Subscription Plans – You are billed each month on the same calendar date as your initial signup date. All subscriptions auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can switch, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through our Client Portal to avoid future charges.
