Refund Policy

Our services at FJ Design Brand Solutions powered by The FJ Venture Enterprises Inc. are designed to provide value and satisfaction to our clients. However, we understand the need for clarity regarding our refund policy.

General Policy

By signing up, you accept our refund policy, acknowledging that all services are non-refundable.

This is due to the non-returnable nature of personalised, digital services and manual labour. We are not a full-service agency; we are a low-cost creative services subscription that you can cancel month-to-month.

While we strive for your satisfaction, this is not a “only pay if you like it” service. You pay us for creative deliverables based on your brief, feedback, and revisions. We don’t guarantee satisfaction, marketing results, growth, or engagement, but we will happily implement your revisions.

Our Service is subscription-based, not on-demand, meaning after purchase we reserve team members to be available to deliver updates. Therefore, failure to use the Service will neither warrant a full nor partial refund.

Deliverables

  • If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we do not offer refunds but are open to making necessary revisions.
  • Approval of deliverables is considered final; no further revisions are allowed after approval.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be done any time inside our Client Portal by clicking ‘manage subscription’ inside your order. Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations. If you’re charged because you forgot to cancel in time, no refunds are provided as work will have started on your next round of content.

Renewal

All services are recurring subscriptions, meaning automatic monthly charges apply. Once renewed, subscriptions cannot be refunded and you must accept all content/work owed for that period with appropriate client behaviour.

Results

Content is just one part of business results. We do not guarantee any results, as many factors are outside our control. You pay for creative deliverables created based on your brief and feedback.

Onboarding & Sign-Up

  • Failure to complete onboarding questionnaires does not qualify for refunds but may convert payments into credits for other services.
  • Refund requests immediately after completing onboarding do not qualify for refunds, as production starts immediately. Credits may be possible depending on timing.

Technical Issues

You pay for content creation; posting and scheduling is a free value-add service. No refunds for posting or scheduling issues.

If issues connecting social media accounts cannot be resolved, clients should download and post content manually.

We cannot post approved content until at least one social media account is connected to our scheduling platform.

We are not responsible for disabled accounts or content removals by platforms, including sensitive industries. You approve work before posting; responsibility lies with you.

Failure to post due to disconnection on the scheduling platform does not warrant refunds; we can reschedule or you may post manually.

Mistakes

  • We follow a ‘no errors’ policy with quality checks, but mistakes may occur. Clients must carefully review and approve content; refunds are not given for typos, incorrect info, or timing issues.
  • No refunds for posts sent on wrong dates; we may create replacement posts.

Delays

  • No refunds for client-caused delays. Delays by FJ Design Brand Solutions may result in billing date adjustments but no refunds.
  • If onboarding questionnaire isn’t submitted within 25 days, we may create deliverables based on our research with no revision rights.
  • If feedback/approval isn’t received by next billing cycle, content creation for the next month proceeds automatically, and revision requests for previous batch expire after 30 days.

Resellers

If your client does not pay you, we will not refund you for services rendered.

Credit Card Disputes

You agree not to dispute payments covered by our terms and refund policy. In credit card disputes, all deliverables and published content during your subscription will be deleted immediately.

Disputes pause credits, communication, and account work. If you win a dispute contrary to terms, you will be invoiced for the disputed amount plus fees. Non-payment may lead to collections and credit bureau reporting.

Blackmail & Threats

We do not tolerate attempts to bypass this policy through blackmail, such as threats of disputes or negative reviews for refunds after service delivery.

Review platforms often prohibit such behavior and may remove or ban offenders. Legal action may follow for blackmail or extortion. We may seek remedies for damaging false reviews linked to refund attempts.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, designed to maintain a fair and transparent relationship and ensure the highest quality of service.
